Scott -
I am so sorry for your loss - that is such a hard decision to make but from what you wrote, I think Tiger was letting you know it was ok and he needed to move on and be out of pain. Your story touch my heart...sometimes the hardest decision to make end up being the right ones.
Thanks for posting the picture of Tiger...so sweet.

Best of Luck to you, Scott - in what has to be called Pattongonian style, you have tackled the biggest mountains of 2009 - I am sure you will climb higher in 2010!

I am doing MaxFit also I am on the 11th day and I am sore in place I have never been before. This is a total body workout, never the same exercise. I too am curious to see what changes I will see in 90 days. Good Luck.

Congratulations on being overweight :). It's a huge accomplishment and I'm so proud of you!

It was really funny to see your Twitter post, because I had a feeling that you meant the BMI before I even opened your blog.

Have you had your body composition numbers done recently? I think that'd be a great way to measure your further progress without getting too caught up in scale/BMI numbers.

Totally agree... too many times I want to quit and then my legs come alive and I end up doing well. Plus, its just bad race gu-gu not to finish! DFL is MUCH better then DNF. Great job

I'd love to. I'd also contend that our track adds certain challenges you don't have ... our turns are probably just as tight, less steep an certainly bumpier...
