Three weeks ago, I ran this in 56:29.  It is a hard loop and I was pretty cool with that.  Since then I have slowly (no pun intended) but surely chipped away at the time.  I used MUCH better pacing and stuff – it was good.  Last week I ran it in 53:42.

Today – I unleashed FURIOUS ANGER on the trail and busted out a 51:21!!!  That's like a 9.2% improvement in 3 weeks! 

At this rate I will be ready for the Olympics in 4 months! 

It's good to find some fitness and have some fun while working out!
